save file "read only" for guest account

i run a prg with "run as" command with administrator rights, this prg write
on file in a specified folder, that i need it has to be read only when i'm
logged in with guest account (limited rights); (xp pro)

Hi,

Disable simple file sharing in the control panel/folder options/view tab.
Then right-click the folder, choose properties. Go to the security tab, set
the users (everyone) for read only, no write permissions. Allow admin to
have full control.
