Save Image

Hi
I seem to be suddenly experiencing problems when trying to save
a picture from either of my two web browsers. I have Opera 7.54u2
(Latest) and SlimBrowser V 4.04 Build 005 (Latest). I tried this on this
site http://www.masters-of-photography.com/A/abbott/abbott4.html among
many others.
I click on a thumbnail and it opens up larger. I then Rt Click and
select Save Image. This opens up a dialogue box to select where to save.
As soon as I click on the "Up one level" icon, my browser just shuts
down with no indication as to why. I have Windows XP HE SP2 with around
280 GB of hard disk with around 80% free, 1Gb of RAM and an AMD Athlon
3200+ processor. Any advice welcome.

I have done some further checking and it happens with any browser when I
try to save in certain folders within My Documents.
