What do you not understand about this? By limiting FOREIGN domains, you've effectively sent a signal for foreign countries to do the same to you, effectively severing the vast ties between citizens of different countries to communicate with each other. The net will never be the same if they got away with this. Regardless of it being foreign or domestic, severing ties between domains, renders the Internet useless. It's the same thing China did to it's own citizens, and the end result is a country with closed access to the world outside their borders. Venezuela did the same thing to it's citizens, thanks to Chavez. That's not what the Internet was designed for.
