30€ cheaper than what?
Don't expect these cards to go down in price anytime soon. You have to wait until the Ampere cards are available in quantity and closer to the official MSRP.
I expect the Turing cards to be phased out over the next six months or so rather than sold out at lower prices.

And this is why Nvidia and the resellers (best buy, et al) let this happen. If the consumer could get the 3080 at the same price (or less) for twice the performance of the 2080super/ti, this will leave the 20XX generation collecting dust on the shelves or being sold at half price or less. Now that they have 699.99 cards selling on ebay for 1200+ they can now unload the old cards at close to retail for some time to come... They are all in on it.
