Ok, I keep gettinga wierd scrambled screen, it locks up, then blue screens. I cant make out what it says.

Video : Onboard Hd3300 ( I was using a 7960gx2 but when this started happening i changed cards)

I dont think its video, same thing happened with my nvidia card. Tried with 1 stick of ram. I reflashed my bios to see if that helped, it s happening less often but stil occurring. CPU is running at 33c , so i dont think heat is an issue. Replaced PSU. Ran memtest. I usually try to research my self , but im at a loss.
