Question Screen freezes whilst gaming ?

Hello! When gaming after 5 to 10 minutes my screen freezes, I can still hear audio for a bit then my pc reboots itself. Ive monitored temps while gaming and can confirm its not a temp issue , anyone know what could be causing this ?

If the issue is software related: make a clean Win installation.

If the issue is hardware related: test hardware on 2nd, compatible PC, to find which one is the culprit. Most likely would be GPU. However, your PSU is low quality unit, and it's max output wattage is a bit too less for comfort. RTX 2060S is 175W GPU and i'd be using good quality 650W PSU with it, never low quality 500W unit.

So, here's what i'd do:

1. Clean Win install. If no help, then:
2. Replace PSU with good unit (e.g Seasonic Focus+ or Corsair RMi, RMx in 650W range). If no help, then:
3. Test GPU in another PC.
