Question Screen Glitch before pc boots up

Good day! Just want to know how would I remove the screen glitch of my newly upgraded PC. I upgraded the CPU, MoBo, RAM only. This glitch occurs everytime I boot up the pc before the mobo logo and windows shows up. The glitch covers the entire screen with bright colors for 2 seconds, after that the system will boot normally. This glitch doesn't really affect the performance of my PC however I'm worried that this might be a symptom of an undiscovered problem of my PC. Thanks in advance!

ps. this only occured when I upgraded my cpu, ram,mobo.

You will need to mention the make and model of your PSU and it's age.

What did you upgrade from? If it was a platform swap, did you reinstall the OS?

Oh I see my PSU is Cooler Master Elite V3 500w. I use this for roughly 2 years.

I came from AMD A8-7650k and EMAXX A70 FM2+(mobo). I didn't reinstall the OS since i think it wouldn't be necessary. Should I reinstall?
