Question Screen goes black a second after startup

Hi all,
I just received my Asus ROG Strix G GL531GU-AL097T, and I'm currently setting it up which required some restarts. But everytime I restart it, the screen goes black for just a second and then turns back on. No other issues, only at startup. It also only happens after I've typed in my pin. It doesn't go black for a second on the pin login screen. Anybody knows how to solve it? Thanks.

(Edit) I just discovered it also goes black for a second when plugin in power or plugging it out.

Which version of Windows 10 are you on? The one shipped from the factory? If it's prior to 1903, then I'd suggest you reinstall the OS. Also make sure you're on the latest BIOS update prior to reinstalling the OS(if you have to reinstall).
