Screen problem Windows 10

Since upgrading to Windows 10, whether using Word or viewing internet sites, the screen on the monitor jumps back to the previous screen. Can happen randomly. When it does I lose information from previous screen. I am told that this is a W10 problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Funny cause all I can find even close to this is a Vista/win 7 problem.
