I just built a this system and it was fine before I conected it to wifi, it's also fine in bios. I set the resolution to 720p 1176 x 664 to stop the tearing so I can see. If I try to set the solution to pc 1920x1080 165hrz it go's black and stays until it reverts if I leave it set at 1080 ultra HD it screen tears bad enough it'd probably give an epileptic a seizure.

The build is a ryzen 7900x cpu,
asus rog strix b650e-f mobo,
and a 3080

Please send help I have no clue what to do. It is a fresh install of windows and I did install GeForce experience and update the graphics drivers after it started tearing but it didn't help. The graphics car was from my previous build so I know it's good.

I guess latest Nvidia driver was installed since this system was just built? Screen tearing or something else aka artifacting? There is a difference. Screen tearing doesn't usually happen outside of games. If you're getting weird glitches then it's probably the driver if you're on the latest. Try several versions back by custom search from Geforce driver webpage.

Someone else having display issues with latest driver.
