SCSI Speed ..?

Hi all
I have on my system an IBM DDYS-T18350N
18.3 GB 18ZX 68Pin 10000RPM 4.9ms Discovery SU3W Ultra 160
As ID-0 that is very very fast...
I was wondering if I will connect me old disk that is:
9.1 GB 68Pin 7200RPM U2 80M/B on the same cable as ID-1..
Will it effect the performance of the fast disk to go only at the speed of the
Slower disk?

Yes, it will go as fast as the slowest drive if its on the same channel
