Question SD card slot are not working on a Windows 10 Tablet

Hi there!
I recently acquired a Windows Tablet PC (Fujitsu Q506/ME). When I first got it it had an installation of Windows 11, and on it the physical buttons on the side which are the SD card slot, the front and back cameras and the rotation of the screen did indeed worked. I installed Windows 10 on the machine (because I much prefer it over 11) and now everything I listed before don't work anymore. I tried installing drivers (using Driver Booster) but nothing seems to be working for me. Any help is much appreciated!

and a workaround to the screen rotation using "iRotate"
Edit 2: Using Colif's advice, I've decided to do a fresh install of windows again without using Driver Booster, with only the drivers from the original site. Now both of the cameras is working like intended!

Driver Booster can make things worse

10 and 11 are almost the same, outside of appearance. 10 only has a few years left before you have to swap back.

Hi there! Thank you for your replay! about the DeskUpdate program, it is not supported for my device, when I am trying to run it I get an error message: "this device is not supported". I saw some listings of this device on Ebay so I asked the seller if he could help and he send me a link to this device drivers (turns out they only shows up when you search for them in Japanese). So I did a fresh install of Windows 10 again and only installed the drivers on the official Japanese website (without Driver Booster). The drivers was able to fix most of the issues (for example the buttons) but still the Cameras and the SD card slot are not working. The rotation of the screen also is not working but I found a workaround using "iRotate". I also found this guide in Japanese on how to do a new install of Windows. In this guide the creator said that you must backed up the C:/Fujitsu folder that contains all of the drivers beforehand (which I did not 🙁 ). Will be trying to ask if I can get this Fujitsu folder. wow, so solution was not to use 3rd party driver updaters... I am sure that is answer to a lot of problems as they often install wrong things. The 2 times I mistakenly trusted Driver Booster, it broke things. I have learned from that.
