As the title suggest Seagate Drive Displayed in Device Manager but not is Disk Manager or nor is mounted in This PC.

Any suggestion/remedies for this problem.

Is this a brand new disk or was it working before and failed now? I personally prefer non-Windows third party software for dealing with disk problems since Windows doesn't do well in these situations. I prefer Gparted or a linux distro containing a Disk app and Gparted.

Check Windows Storage Spaces (Control Panel\Storage Spaces).
If drive appears there, then remove it from storage pool and delete the pool.

What model drive is it? Is it external/ USB connected?

Anyway - show screenshots:
Disk Management,
Device Manager - disk drives and storage controllers sections expanded,

I've Seagate 4TB Backup Plus (Silver) USB 3.0 External Hard Drive for PC/Mac.

I've tried connecting the drive on USB2.0 and USB3.0 on both front and back ports but get same problem.

My Storage Spaces tab is screen is empty and only shows option Create a new pool and storage space

SATA USB adapter may have failed.
Remove drive from enclosure and connect it to your pc with sata (data + power) cables.
