In my house it’s impossible to connect an ethernet cable to my pc because of different reasons, so what’s the best second option to get better ping when playing video games?

No idea of best, the set I’m using is probably 8 years old but works very well. I did a quick Google and this was among the first to pop up

Better router, better wifi card, I'd guess moving the router and computer closer together is not an option.

Power line also would work but house wiring plays a big part in how stable and fast that connection is.
