Question Second monitor no longer working from iGPU ?

Hello,

I've been having problems with my second monitor that was plugged into the HDMI port of my motherboard. For a while it did work, after turning on the integrated graphics on my BIOS and turning the type to IGD (I'm pretty sure it's called that). It worked perfectly until I went back to the BIOS and disabled the integrated graphics to do some benchmark testing. After turning it on, it no longer works. My monitor is detected by Windows but it doesn't display anything. I've also tried other monitors and updated all of my graphics drivers. I'd love some help.

PC Specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2400G
GPU: PowerColor Radeon 570x
RAM: G.Skill TridentZ 3200mhz
GPU: EVGA 450W

In widows display, advanced display settings, click on display adapter properties, click on the monitor tab, what does it show?

Sorry for the late reply, it shows "Acer V225WL" which is the name of my second monitor, there's also the button of properties which just takes me to the driver section to update, roll back and uninstall the driver. I've also plugged in my main monitor to my integrated graphics port and it seems to be working fine. I'm not sure what's the problem
