Security Updates Keep failing on Win 7 x64

I've been unable to install important updates KB4516065 , KB4474419 and KB4535102 (as well as other optional updates) for a while now. I've tried many methods of troubleshooting Windows Update, most recently booting into Clean Boot (which allowed me to download and install a few non-essential ones), but the problem still persists. The updates download and then upon restart they fail to configure. I'm not sure what the cause could be. I mainly use this system for some old programs and don't plan on putting Win 10 on here so I'd really like to be able to resolve this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm not quite sure how I'd check but I assume so. Wasn't support dropped for that?
