[SOLVED] SecurityHealthService blocked

Hi!
I recently got a virus that messed up my windows security service.
I managed to remove the virus but services.msc still says that the service is blocked, and I cannot access windows defender.
What can I do to re-enable the service?
I'm using Windows 10 Home.
