Seeing Green screen instead of video in Windows 10 Skype

I have updated windows 10 after i purchased a GL63 8RD laptop. After the windows update, skype video call turned into a green color screen. How I can see the video normally instead of green color.

I was wondering if you also checked for any available graphics driver updates after updating Windows? Sometimes there's a compatibility issue.

If your graphics driver is already updated, please try rolling it back to its previous built and see if it helps.

Hi, I found no updates for the graphics driver it says "The best drivers are already installed" and roll back option is disabled.

I have fixed this issue on chrome and microsoft browsers. No idea how to deal with skype.
