Seminar set up

I'm planning a seminar at a building that has a phone line dedicated to my use. The 50+ attendees will bring their own laptops. What is the best connection set-up that I can provide for them?

What are you providing? Internet access? The only choice with a single phone is DSL and a wireless router.
