Sempron Socket A BOX: How good r bundled cooler?

Is the cooler that comes w/ AMD Sempron 2400+ BOX processor good? I live in a hot country.
A picture and tests of the cooler would be nice.

Boxed OEM coolers nowadays are fine for general use. Why a Sempron?
