Service Pack 1

I have Win 7 Service pack 1 installed according to my computer properties. But I think some files are damaged, Its not causing any problems. Is there any way that I can now weather my service pack is working properly without formatting the whole PC.

Run the System File Checker:

Open a command prompt window.
Type SFC /scannow
Press <enter>
