Question Setting ram to 3200MHZ crashes my PC after installing new cpu

Hi all. I've been running into problems with my recently installed Ryzen 5 5600x, and I've looked around. When I first installed my Ryzen 5 5600x and booted it up, there was a problem. Once I tried running certain things and doing stress tests, the PC went up and just shut down without warning.

My motherboard is an A320M-HDV-R.40 which is pretty bad I've heard once you install a Ryzen 5 5600x from some people since you have to update the bios which is unreliable (?), but I don't want to go through the process of swapping it out since I sadly admit, it is a pre-built. I have an EVGA 850W GD PSU which should be plenty enough. I've recently learnt that setting my ram to a frequency of 3200mhz or 2666mhz causes it to crash even with higher voltage. I assume it's a mobo problem not being able to handle it or a thermal problem. It ran completely fine with my Ryzen 5 1600 with 3200mhz ram at 3.50 voltage. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.
