Shadowplay is not recording

Hello guys, I'm issuing a problem with shadowplay. So my shadowplay is on and set to Shadow & Manual but when i run the CSGO and Hit Record "F11"(I changed it to see if it's working) It's not working, it doesn't shows FPS counter, Game is in Full-Screen so it should record but it just does nothing. I hope you guys can help me. Thanks in advance.

PC Specs:
CPU:i5 4570
RAM: 16GB
GPU : Geforce GTX 960 2GB

I had a very similar issue a few weeks back. Make sure you have changed it from twitch to shadow and Manuel mode in the small shadow play options menu pop up.
