Question shift and ctrl key presses at same time *SOLVED*

when i go to press my shift key on the left of my keyboard, at the same time it recognizes me as pressing both shift and ctrl. the shift key on the right doesn't do this, and when i press ctrl by itself it doesn't recognize any other keys . this is only occurring with my left shift button. i'v tried the shift key trick of holding both for a few seconds, to no avail. i don't have sticky keys, or filter keys on either. i'm seeing this happen with the on screen keyboard, everytime i press left shift.

edit i just found that the left windows home button also recognizes ctrl being press as well. now left shift, and left windows home recognizes ctrl being pressed....

No need now, it some how solved it self. I guess i must have spilled something on it without noticing.
