Question Should i buy used?

Ive been considering buying a 4060 for a while now (My budget is around £250-£300), And while i think the 4060 would be a good card to get, i am also considering buying a 3070 but used (Which i have seen around a similar price to what my budget is) The only thing is im not sure what buying a used gpu on Ebay is like, Wether the prices are bad, or if i can really trust the seller,im not really sure what the used gpu market is like basically.

If for my main PC, I would never buy used anymore.

I wouldn't, I'd spend the extra money and use the GPU with peace of mind with warranty. In fact if you look here;

they're pretty affordable and within your budget.

Might want to pass on the specs to your current system like so:

Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
