Should I get a new PC now? Or later?

Hey so I have a mildly old PC running off an Intel Johannesburg DQ35JOE MOBO with a Intel Duo Core E8400, it also has 512MB GeForce GT 9500 with 2 GB of 667 MHz RAM and a 350W psu. (the details are kind of irrelevant, but still..).
And I was wondering if I should get a new PC right now, or in the near future (like Christmas?)? The current PC build i've put together is http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/UPh5.
