Im a sophomore in college and last summer I built a PC and opted to use a closed loop CPU cooler, but since aquiring some extra cash I was considering making a custom loop. My only gripe is that I move my computer four times a year (when I take it home for Summer and Winter break and when I take it back). I've heard skepticism about putting a custom loop in a computer that moves around but I'm curious as to what your thoughts are. Thanks!

If your temps are satisfactory, you'd not need additional cooling horsepower.

And for what a fully outfitted custom loop can cost, you could build a second pc, the gpu being an additional expense, and leave that at home, not bothering with transport hassles. Just copy saved game files from windows to USB, update game files at home and go. Keeping saved games on the Cloud would be even easier. Anything Steam or Origin wouldn't even require that much effort.
