[SOLVED] Should I replace the external HDD?

Solution
In simple words, "HDD Reallocated sectors count " shows the number of sectors that failed and were removed from use.
The HDD has reached its limit and although it may continue to work for a while longer it is impossible to know when it will fail completely.
It is not a secure HDD and needs to be replaced.
Make a backup as soon as possible.
After backing up, you can even continue using it for temporary files that do not pose a risk of loss.
My suggestion would be to check it before using, with some tool like HDD Regenerator.
It's not a favorable sign, but......................

Maybe you have another copy of everything on this external? Or two copies?

Maybe nothing on this external is important to you?

Maybe you can't afford to replace it?

Maybe you are feeling lucky?

Factors like that would drive my decision.

It could die at any moment even if the reallocated sector count was 0. Would that be a big deal to you?

Personally, I have at least 3 copies of all highly important personal data files and at least 2 copies of ALL files. Make your own judgement about the importance of your files.
