Question Should I Upgrade my CPU Cooler?

I have recently built my first pc and I bought an aftermarket air cooler for my 3600X. At 3.8-4.2 gigahertz (autoboost, not overclocked) The processor would be idling at about 42 degrees Celsius and when gaming it would lower its speed and run about 65 degrees. Using windows power saving mode to force the CPU to run slower it now idles at 2.2 MHz and 32 degrees.

I am considering upgrading that cooler for something better (namely and AIO) and any help would be appreciated.

All of those temps are perfectly safe so there's no reason to change the cooler.
