The motherboard is perfectly fine. If you like burning money for no reason, by all means, get a new board.

well apparently my gpu's are to good for my motherboard and i wont be getting there full potential only like 40%

No, you wont even be able to use the board to it's full potential. The cards are powerful, but they still can't fully saturate the PCI-e lanes. There are people running the same setup, except with a cheaper motherboard and CPU.
