Question Should I upgrade now ?

Title. Should I upgrade to ryzen 5 2600 with gtx 1650 s or wait for next gen (big navi)?
I heard they gonna release the high end soon at q4 2020, but what about the budget build? Are they going to release a budget cpu/gpu in early 2021?

a6 5400k and gts 250 1gb and a 4gb ram. Also I don't really like recently games now except for FFXV, DMC 5, Death stranding and Assassin's creed unity. That is why I can't see myself upgrading. But with PS5 releasing I think I'm gonna upgrade. I just wanna play these games without stuttering and noticeable framedrops at 1080p high to ultra settings.

2x8GB DDR4-3200 = ₱4,400
RX570 8GB = ₱6,500 (the RX5500XT would be your next logical step up here in terms of perf/$)
FSP Hydro MX 550W Modular = ₱3,520
Adata SU800 512GB = ₱3,850
Techware Alpha M Case = ₱2,000 (really like this case! I don't own one, but I wish I could)

I'd suggest replacing your 400W (no name?) PSU also. And do you already own an SSD?
