I have a case with 2 front intakes, I exhaust on top for the heatsink, and 1 exhaust in the back, sitting vertically to my horizontal mounted CPU cooler. I have a side panel with a free 120mm fan spot. Its right next next to my GPU and PSU. My PSU is mounted fan side up with my GPU right above it. Should i leave the extra fan spot alone or make it exhaust/intake?

Solution
Probably not needed, but blowing in would be preferred in most situations. It's all about getting the heat out and you have the power supply, gpu, and two fans for exhaust with two for intake.

If you have a filtered vented slot on the botton of the case under the power supply it should be mounted fan down.
Front botton side intake, top and back exhaust.
Unless you have a large power draw their usally no reason to just fill the case with fans adding more don't always mean improved cooling.
