shw32.dll not found

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.basics (More info?)

I am trying to run a Curious George CD-ROM for my kids. When I try to run it
I get a message that the application has failed to run because shw32.dll
cannot be found. Can I download this? if so from where?
