Sidewinder x6

i am having problems getting my sidewinder x6, none of the media buttons will work. i have everything installed and it wont come up. this is one of the main reasons i bought this keyboard 🙁, if anyone has any advice maybe its a setting in windows ?

Have you checked the support site for updated drivers/software? Perhaps the software and such that came with it are a bit outdated.

i got the latest windows 64 bit driver from microsoft, ive figured out the volume knob a windows service had to be activated but still no luck with the media keys.
