Simple PC For Non-Gamer

Hello to everybody, this is one of my first questions. I am building a desktop for myself(after my xps m1530 mobo got fried). I am not a gamer.
but i use multi-tasking extensively most of the time Photoshop,Visual Studio 2010 and 15 chrome windows/tabs are open at the same time. I watch videos online,listen to music etc. My computer is switched on for days sometime and i work for long hours. Playing games is once in 6 month. therefore I have chosen the following components.(This is my first build and I am not hardware expert and I want it cheap)

My questions are
a) Do you see any conflict ?
b) Mobo and Graphic card are they compatible(mobo says it supports Directx 10.1 and card says DirectX11)
c) cpu cooler is it ok for a user like me
d) Any suggestion from your side.

you should upgrade to a i3-2105, (with a HD3000 iGPU) so you can drop the Discrete GPU. the HD3000 will give great performance for your needs.

a) It will all work together
b) That just means the onboard graphics will do up to DX10 but the GPU will do up to 11.
c) Huge overkill, really don't need it.
d) I would lose the CPU cooler and get the CPU ps3hacker12 suggested. You could then save a lot of cash on the GPU and CPU fan and get a less powerful PSU, 300W (Antec/Corsair etc.) would be enough without a dedicated GPU. I would then get 4GB or maybe even 8GB of RAM, that will help with multitasking and lots of browser windows.
