very true but if you can't fit a 1060 in your case does not matter if it is $25. niche products always cost more cause they fill a very specific need and tend to sell in lower numbers.

if you only got room for a single slot card and this is the best you can get in a single slot card, then you're stuck with this choice at the price they chose to charge you. simple economics example of supply and demand.

I hadn't realized the price was that high. That seems absolutely crazy to me.I just wanted to put 6 of them in my PC for VMs so that when I hosted a lan party everyone didn't need to bring a PC (and I didn't want to spend an extra $600 on waterblocks). At that price I can't justify myself doing that, I think that multiple little PCs would be cheaper.

was pointed out to me today that i missed the relase of the single slot RX-460 cards by XFX and HiS. they are finally released and for sale at newegg, well the XFX one anyway.

not as good as a single slot 470 or 80 but it's all they got. a bit pricey though for a 460. but niche products always are.
