I have an acer laptop and tried the alt+f10, i got the restore to factory default screen, but, it was asking for the super password? and since i don't know it, i couldn't do a restore. any suggestions?

we tried that too, it didn't work it said it is an invalid password, the password hint says what is aries time? we even tried to enter the information with command prompt: that didn't work either? we cannot even get on the internet with it, it has taken over the whole computer, it says privacy center? i believe this is a virus.
