Skype alternative with screenshare

A friend of mine once used a skype alternative that would stream your teams screen ingame. but he forgot the name and i really want to get a good alternative for skype.

to explain what i mean with the screenshare here i made a sketch for it:

i didn't notice a major delay when i use it, it's a decent way to screenshare, not as laggy as skype
