Update I solved the problem. The fix was that boris just released a new enb version even though it is the name version number, if you have this problem download enb version 0.372 the two dlls and overwrite when asked and done!

But my shadows are so pixelated and awful looking that they look as hd as a minecraft texture no joke.
Even in 8192 shadow resolution they are pixelated and ugly. And also on walls they cast like 20-25 copies of itself so it looks terrible.
I'm using intrigued enb and heres my mods https://modwat.ch/u/bbbbbbbbb/plugins
I use beth.ini and I have tried like every combination of shadow setting.

I see people reccomeding the setting iblurdefferedshadowmask but guess what? Of coarse the special edition doesn't have that setting.
