Question SLI/Dual Nvidia 780GTX - Does it matter what slots I put my GPUs?

I have two 780 GTX running with a bridge connector betwene both.

They are in random slots, but I noticed my mobo manual stats some of the PCIe slots are 3.0 x16, and some are only 3.0 x8
Below is my mobo sheet, what slots should I use for maximum performance?
