I tried search, but kept getting 'Sorry, this thread does not exist' or similar message for all the hits of 'EPP' and 'SLI Memory'???
Anyway, I have an ASUS Crosshair AM2 Motherboard (BIOS 0802) with an AMD 2.8GHz CPU and a 2GB kit of Crucial Ballistix DDR2-PC6400 SLI Memory running an 'Enhanced Performance' SLI profile, 2.2v 800Mhz 4-4-4-12 I think.
Questions:
A. What's the benefit of running the 'Enhanced Frequency' profile as I think this goes to 1066Mhz @ 5-5-5-15!
B. Do I need to adjust the 'CPU OC' in the BIOS too, if so by how much?
C. Do i need to consider anything else?
D. Is it worth it?
I'm a bit vague on the intricacies of SLI Memory and would like some more knowlegeable chaps to woalk me through the pros/cons if possible please.
Apologies if these questions have been asked before but the search wasn't helping me!
