Sli on amd motherboard

Hello, so I bought 2 gtx 970's for ny first ever gaming pc and I'm thinking of buying ryzen 1500x cpu and a msi b350 pc mate motherboard and I'd like to know if sli is supported on an amd motherboard?

Board supports 16x and 4x, crossfire only. Nvidia requires 8x 8x minimum. Basically no SLI logo on the board no SLI support

But it says that the motherboard has 2xPCI-Ex16

2 physical x16, first is gen 3 and 16x the second is 2nd gen and electrically 4x and will drop to x2 if you populate either x1 slot.

SLI is available on AMD boards, but it is a premium feature that requires licensing.

Seems only x370 boards have the option, searched am4 sli and $140 is the cheapest unopened.
