SLI stopped working

I7 7820X
X299 Aorus Ultra Gaming Pro Rev. 1.0
EVGA 970 in SLI
32g Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000
EVGA 1000GQ PSU

Everything was running fine, SLI wise and all
i recently installed a new Elago 4K60 Pro and now my PC doesn't sense the second graphics card for sli. I've tested each card individually and i have reinstalled drivers, nothing i am at a complete loss.

Please add which slot you have the Elago in as well as if there are any nvme drives installed into your system to your post.
