[SOLVED] Slow boot time on SSD.

So I have a Samsung 970 Evo Plus SSD. I have been getting consistent 33 second boot times on it and I am sure it is meant to be more. I'd like to get more out of my SSD. In disk management it shows that my c drive (the ssd) is on boot.

33 seconds from a cold start is not unreasonable. There are many other things that influence this apart from the physical drive.
