Question slow internet only on my desktop

hi everyone, so on this desktop that i built, im getting slow internet connection even though i am connected through ethernet.

my laptop works just fine i get the full 300mbs+ im supposed to

but my desktop isnt, from what my internet provider said, they said that the modem isnt recognizing my computer. what can i do to fix that? please help

On your desktop are you sure that only the wired network adapter is enabled?

You mentioned that the desktop is connected through ethernet (wired).

Ensure that the wireless network adapter is disabled.

Are you able to run and post the results of "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the Command Prompt?
