Slow Upload speed

Hi i built a new PC and for some reason my upload speed is slow.

Download Speed: 24.66Mps
Upload Speed: 0.22 Mps

These results from Speedtest.net

Was supposed to set up some kind of network settings? How do i speed up the Upload speed?

Also my Laptop is on the same network and it has a upload speed of 4Mps

Never mind, it is solved my ASUS AI Suite II was causing the disruption. I simply had to turn off Network iControl. lol ASUS software has been causing problems in my new system lately....
