Slow Wireless Internet Speeds Only Affecting One Computer

Hello forum,
Recently my computer has had some issues getting the internet speeds we pay for. The internet plan my family pays for offers us 30-40 mbps and 5-6 mpbs. Two weeks ago, I was getting those speeds but now after testing with Ookla speed test, I get an average of 8 mbps download and 3 mbps upload. After receiving these results, I did another speed test but this time I did it on my phone. On my phone, I got 36 mbps download and 6 mbps upload. This was shocking to me. I did some tests on other devices around the house, and it seems my PC is the only one of those devices struggling to contain the high speeds. I also use a wireless connection.

The things I tried already to try to fix this issue were:
-Contacting my ISP (After being redirected many times the came to a conclusion that it was a PC problem)
-New modem (We don't use a router anymore as the modem's wireless feature gave us faster speed we discovered days ago. Please note that the speeds were still low as they are now with the router, and the issue started last week Monday).
-Virus scan (Used two different kinds McAfee and System Mechanic Premium and they both resulted no viruses)
-Cleared browser cookies and cache
-Deleted %temp% files
-Tried another browser
-Used Google DNS

My computer specs if this helps in anyway:
AMD A10 6700 APU
Nvidia GTX 750 Ti Superclocked
8 GB RAM
1 TB HDD
and my phone I used was iPhone 5C running iOS 9

Does anyone know what is wrong? Any suggestion is very much appreciated. Thanks in advance :)

Does anyone know what is going on?

I have the Realtek 8821AE Wireless LAN 802.11ac PCIE NIC

First you have to rule out whether its a wireless problem or your computer so you can try connecting an ethernet cable from the modem to your computer, turn off the wifi on your pc and then do a speed test to check if you're receiving the appropriate speeds.

I have this problem too, and I've had it for a couple of months now. 🙁
I have 3 laptops, 2 old ones, and my main, also kind of old though. The problem is on my main, it's an MSI.
At first it was only my home wifi that was slow, something like 0.5 Down / 0.2 Up, and when I'd visit friends and use their wifi, it would work fine. But over time all wifi's I connect to are really low,.
The problem is only on my MSI, and I've checked all the wifi's with at least 1 additional PC and my phone, where the wifi would be at the speed it should. I formated my win10 MSI 3 days ago (again) and it didn't fix anything.
I get proper internet speeds when connected with an ethernet, but where I live, that isn't an option.. The MSI has no battery plugged in, since it died completely a ½ year ago, and some of the keys on the keyboard aren't working, so I'm using an external keyboard, if that's even relevant.
I have tried lots of fixes before I reformated, and I have checked for AMD Quick Stream, but I don't think I have that, I do have AMD Catalyst Control Center..
(I hope this isn't too much of a mess, and you have most of the information required to help me if you feel like it, but this is my first time posting stuff like this on forums..)

Help is greatly appreciated. :)

I have tried a lot of suggestions given here and some places else. Nothing helped until by coincidence I found out that a receiver of my wireless mouse causes this. It uses 2.4 GHz frequency as well as the Wi-Fi router.

I believe this chip is the issue. It's a slow Wifi chip. Check:

The same chip is used for the laptop. Avoid Realtek Wifi chips.
