Problems running everything, freezes for minutes, fails to load online games in time.basically everything runs like there is a problem with the memory or cpu,but there isnt a problem with the cpu i dont think. i did install new ram a month ago and motherboard last year. it should run all my games on high or ultra. i also reset the pc ,it later revealed after starting up that "there was a problem While resetting your pc". also checked drivers loads ... Helping me get my pc working optimally would be greatly apreciated!

*before i made the reset ( which i did see it fixing) there was my hd c. running on 100% useage in task bar for some reason - that now has stopped, but that only * since the reset yesterday, cheers

For basic functionality and ram testing, run memtest86.
You boot it from a usb stick and it does not use windows.
You should be able to complete a full pass with NO errors.

A HDD maker will have a diagnostic app specific to their devices.
Run that to check your HDD.
WD is data lifeguard.
Seagate is seatools.

I will never again build a pc without a ssd for the C drive.
It would be one of the best performance upgrades you can make.
Don't know if that is your problem or not,
