Question So I have an issue

So we had a problem with the electricity in our house. Pretty much all of my roommates had electricity, while I didn't have. We called a technician, he came and saw that in our electronic board, one of the fuses was ruined and the issue has spread to 2 others. He fixed it, he put new protectors, I turned on my PC and ever since, I'm having a problem with the internet. Every once in a while (like 2-3 minutes) it says that my cable has been unplugged until it fixes, I tried with a new cable, I'm thinking that it might be from my motherboard, any suggestions?
