so i have never had a GPU installed in my pc and i wanted to upgrade my pc by installing a GPU so my question is

Do i need to uninstall my intel g4400 (Intel510HD) graphics drivers before i install my new GPU?

Just install the GPU and attach the display screen to the card and it should take over. Go to the Card manufacturer page and update to the latest drivers.
